The Ian Anderson Resource Centre (IARC), which was funded by the Donner Canadian Foundation, is a natural extension of Ian Anderson House. The Centre’s building, although located on the grounds of Ian Anderson House, is a completely independent entity with a separate charitable status and number. The IARC does, however, share the philosophy of hospice and palliative care, which is to offer support and practical resources to caregivers.
