About IAH

The Care

Residents at Ian Anderson House receive round-the-clock individualized programs of care in partnership with the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) who augment the hours of nursing and support provided by our trained professional staff. 

At Ian Anderson House the care is provided by a team of trained healthcare practitioners, which includes nurses, practical nurses and personal support workers.  The House operates on 3 shifts a day with a registered staff member on shift 24 hours per day.  There is an excellent ratio of care as there are always between 3 and 5 health care practitioners per 6 residents.
