Admission

Ian Anderson House is open to individuals aged 16 or older, who have been diagnosed with terminal cancer and a limited life expectancy who, for whatever reason, cannot be provided with the necessary around-the-clock care in their own homes.  Admission to the “House” is open to residents of Peel and Halton regions.  Referrals may be made by individuals, physicians, medical institutions, service providers or volunteer organizations. Priority of admission is determined by a Home Co-ordinator on an assessment of the most urgent need.
