Celebrating its 20th anniversary next year, The Brogue’s Polar Bear Dip was first held to usher in the new millennium. Owner Tommy Donnelly, inspired by a suggestion from his friend, David Emms decided to create their own polar dip to as a fun way to give back by raising money for charity.
